Hospital RTT roster
One row per trust with a live RTT provider summary: waiting-list size, share within 18 weeks, over-52-week count, specialty count, region, and matched CQC overall rating when on file. Same aggregates the hospital pages render - never a richer unpublished cut.

GP practice CQC roster
One row per NHS general practice: overall and key-question ratings, six population-group ratings, and separate publication dates for overall vs population verdicts. Compare population groups to overall only when those dates match - CQC stopped issuing population-group ratings after its single-assessment framework move.
