What changed - NHS England June 2026 RTT return
- Hendon Hospitals moved from 71.1% to 83.3% within the 18-week standard (+12.2 percentage points; list 1,279 → 1,143).
- Spire Fylde Coast Hospitals moved from 72.6% to 60.6% within the 18-week standard (-12.0 percentage points).
Noise floor: ≥0.5pp on the 18-week share or ≥2% / 50 pathways on list size. Providers with lists under 1,000 incomplete pathways are omitted.

How to read these changes
Each row compares the same provider's incomplete-pathway totals in two consecutive NHS England RTT monthly returns. A rise in the 18-week share is an improvement on that metric; a fall is a decline. Waiting-list size and 52-week counts move independently - a trust can improve its 18-week share while the absolute list grows.
